I can't afford a rope right now and also can't put it out of sight anywhere really so what else can I use? I tried with a neck tie but it's just too light, tried with belts and it hurts too much can't even kneel down while doing partial. Tried with cables and doesn't work just hurts

I used a bed sheet or blanket to hang myself, it's comfortable and it doesn't hurt that much but the marks that remain on my neck afterwards are visible.Similar threads
