It depends a lot. Sometimes a French rapper named Klem Schen (awful music, ridiculous lyrics, but so relatable it hurts), sometimes DSBM bands like Feigur or Apati, sometimes specific CTB songs such as Street Spirit by Radiohead…

Similar as you, I also like to listen to slowcore/shoegaze/alternative surreal type songs like salvia palth, sign crushes motorist, and duster. Memoir 02 and Limerence are also great songs when you just want to let it all out.
