• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

When you feel like you're barely holding onto something and about to lose grip. And as it gets harder it feels impossible to not let go and fall into the abyss.

What do you do, and how do you know there is nothing left? That you are about to lose the last bit of whatever was left, that the mind has had enough.

Whenever I have absolutely nothing in mind but ctb, I would think about any goal I've set for myself and try to reach that beforehand, seeing if anything changes in the journey or process. Another thing I would do is keep on postponing days cuz im lazy asf, whether to be waiting for my fav artists new album to drop or js put a date and hope.

After an initial event or response to trauma, I just try to do whatever to get my mind off of it because the worst thing you can do in that moment is dwell on that mistake or dwell on that event, no matter how big that event is. I specifically blast music or try to remind myself that it gets better ...?

In reality, youll never know when you reach the last bit, its all up to how you depict and interpret whatever is making you go to said last bit.

everytime i get to a low point, and i want to ctb, i think of the fact that if i were to actually ctb, my friends and family would have to deal with the grief. it could genuinely ruin my mums life and that hurts me so much. i don't want her to have to deal with something as traumatic as losing a child.
