• Hey Guest,

    We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

    Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

    Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

    If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I bang my fists into any stable, non breakable surface around me until that's all I can feel. Depending on the place I might let out a scream. I'm too scared of other options.

I must survive with chronic pain too (since decades).

If you're talking about emotional pain I don't have to do anything anymore. I'm completely checked out.

* deep breathes, sighs and pacing around
* practice being present to stop thinking about the pain, sit quietly and focus on what's in front of you, go for a walk and take in the nature
* watch some videos on how to deal with the pain
* doom scroll here to distract myself
* process the trauma (I may write a post on this one)
* scream in the car

Some not so good ideas
* replace the pain with another type of pain so you forget about the previous one
* watch porn
