I come from Eritrea so there has been a rise in suicides due to migrant crisis, mental health is also a very big issue in Eritrea due to the dictatorship but is still taboo
I live in the UK and euthanasia is not legal at all despite much of the public being in support of it. We lack the right to die which should be available to all. There is still stigma towards suicide and people are basically forced to live no matter what. Quantity is seen as more important than quality in terms of our lives.
In Spain there is everything, but specifically in my environment if they do not know that you intend to commit suicide and they see that you are screwed they encourage you to commit suicide.
US: Same...it seems the overall thinking is that one must have mental health issues to be suicidal and do it. Personally it's my reality...not any issues...My parents think it's taking the easy way out and a shame one couldn't make their existence better.
Argentina looks like a pretty country. I spoke with someone in Columbia and it sounded really bad....also Venezuala.
