• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Which medications and other things do I need to ctb with SN? Is just an anti emetic (like domperidone) fine? Do I need more? I see recommendations but I dont know whats actually required so some clarity would be really nice (also which symptoms would I need to tell my doctor to get prescribed a anti emetic/how long am I supposed to say Im having these symptoms for? Im not allowed to get prescription meds usually but if one isnt fatal maybe there is an exception) also on that note, is it possible to train myself to withstand the emesis from SN? From my limited knowledge in its essentials its a salt so what if I drink a glass of salt water with the exact formula you would use to do SN, could I technically train the emesis effect away at least a little bit as alternative? Could I use Diphenhydramine/Dimenhydrinate as substitute? (this might be very silly and stupid but getting the actual meds is really difficult for me, and the darkweb, while I know the basics is still very scary to me so Im scared of fucking up and getting investigated)

That's a lot of questions in one post but to answer a few of them.
Anti-emetic is recommended, some have been successful without, but if you can get your hands on it then it is a good decision.
Painkillers too.
Pretty sure the vomiting is not something that can or should be trained.
Salt alone will not work, it will just make you feel very sick.
Any antiemitic that is a dopamine blocker will work the best.
To my knowledge you don't need to use the darkweb to get antiemetics. Mail order pharmacies exist, some of them don't require an in person doctor visit for prescriptions.
You'll have to do more of your own research though. No one can give you a complete how-to guide for your situation. That is something that you will have to decide and discover for yourself.

After the main component (SN), I think the antiemetic ranks 2nd in terms of importance. The other supplementary drugs are indeed useful, but essentially are not integral part of the basic SN poisoning mechanics inside the body. I personally only have access to meto, SN and a prescription antipsychotic drug Quetiapine which I plan on taking since I get debilitating anxiety amd panic attacks sometimes.
Just sharing this here as well.
