• Hello Guest,

We will not be following or complying with the Online Safety Bill that was recently signed into law in the UK. This bill will not affect the operations of the site, nor do we have a presence in the UK to receive notice or fines that the UK Government may impose.

We would highly recommend that all users from the UK get some sort of VPN, and you should petition your lawmakers to let them know how you feel about this piece of draconian legislation.

any diagnosis, official or self-diagnosed btw
i got diagnosed with bpd, asd, clinical depression and psychosis (though i have more, so i'm clinging into self-diagnosis more)
i think some diagnosis can help understand yourself better, but some can be just tough to handle with as a fact

No official diagnosis, almost definitely psychosis and heavily suspecting BPD and autism, potentially NPD. My family is against me getting any help, so the most I have aside from that is a notice from when I was in school saying that I need mental help, which I find a little funny to think back on sometimes.

clinically diagnosed with depression, social anxiety, gender dysphoria, bpd, asd, adhd.
im wary of self diagnosis (just for me personally, i dont trust myself a lot of the time) so i wouldnt say ive diagnosed myself, more just suspect i have: bdd (this im 99.9% sure of i might as well just self diagnose it tbh), avpd or just severe anxiety, cptsd, either ocd or psychosis.
also some kind of ednos, i was never properly diagnosed with anorexia bc they said i wasnt skinny enough, yet i had therapy for it at one point.
i feel like im forgetting smthn but oh well i think thats enough lmao
i think some diagnosis can help understand yourself better, but some can be just tough to handle with as a fact
i definitely agree with this. for the diagnoses i expected it was relieving to know i wasnt just overreacting or making it up, but for the ones i didnt expect like bpd it was a kick in the gut to say the least.

clinical depression, the only official diagnosis, but I think i also have add and some form of psychosis.

I truly wish competent mental health professionals would exist in this world.

When I was very young I was diagnosed with autism (Aspergers), In my case I’m certainly not meant to exist in this cruel world.

All nonsensical, but I acquired Benzo-induced neurological dysfunction and PSSD that started out from a GP prescription of benzos.

At 23 I was diagnosed with Autism and Schizotypal personality disorder. More recently I got diagnosed with gender dysphoria (finally!! 30 yrs after I first knew for certain I was really a girl) and PTSD. My current therapist has severe doubts about my older diagnosis

What diagnosis do you have? None.

My family did not, and still does not, believe in getting such answers.

Their standard answer to every problem is suck it up.

I already know their response should I ever be diagnosed:

1) They would not believe any diagnosis given.

2) If the diagnosis given is a personality disorder, they would start asking outlandish questions.

3) They would still be hands-off, and I would still have to deal with it on my own, but anytime I was in their presence, they would default to treating me like I am fragile.

That's a lot for me to deal with just to get a proper answer and medication.

So all they know is that I am a failure at life, and the rest I suffer with in silence.

Diagnoses are unfortunate :( Luckily, this is SS, so I sure hope we're not treating them as collectibles from a video game! >_<
Anyways, self-diagnosed with paranoid personality disorder, gender identity disorder, and depression
Not planning on getting actually diagnosed because there's no reason to and LOL

I cannot get a proper diagnosis but,
Bipolar runs in my family, I think I may have Bipolar II.
Along with an eating disorder, namely either Anorexia Nervosa purging subtype (basically anorexia + bulimia but self induced vomiting isnt as consistent as starving.) or just OSFED (once called EDNOS). I'm unsure what I'd be classified as.
Probably something else as well? I'm not sure.
(oh yeah, and gender dysphoria duh.)

Dysthymia, depression, anxiety is my clinical diagnosis. I have a severe fear of bugs which is the worst but never diagnosed. It causes me to hallucinate and imagine 1 crawling on the wall or somewhere and I’ll watch it until I get up and kill it and then I realize it was never there. I don’t ever open my windows or blinds, not even hang outside, it’s very debilitating and makes me very isolated.

Asperger's, official, when I was 5 or 6.

Going to a psychiatrist to fix depression/anxiety but I don't think I got any really official diagnosis. Social anxiety can sometimes be bad and sometimes imperceptible.

Had HPPD (Hallucinogen Persistent Perception Disorder) for a while, seems to have quieted down.

  • CPTSD
  • Obsessive and compulsive traits caused by CPTSD
  • ADD
  • MDD
  • Generalized anxiety
  • Hallucinations under stress (illusions, hearing voices)
Have to continue looking into with doctors:
  • Avoidant PD or traits of it
  • NPD and or BPD or traits of it
And considering how severe my symptoms have been in the past when interacting with people I could have a personality disorder. Unfortunately inherited from my abusers.

ADHD-C, social anxiety, ASD level 1…I also have depression but it isn’t clinically diagnosed. I was diagnosed with OCD but grew out of it, I’m not sure how….or maybe I was misdiagnosed and never even had it in the first place

I’m pretty sure I also have AVPD and that I’m a schizoid, I also think I had ODD as a kid…
