what cautions should i take while handling sn?

should i prevent direct contact to skin?
should i wear gloves?
any other cautions too please?

You don't really need to take any precautions, it can be absorbed through skin but that's only if it's wet.

Wearing gloves is always a good idea. You can also wear a mask and eye protection if you want to be extra safe but it's not necessary.

Handle it carefully, that's it. For the test you need only a little bit of it.

I think any test strips will do. I can't recommend specific product here.

SN can irritate the skin slightly, so if you were handling it regularly and in large quantities gloves would be a good idea. But for your purposes you don't need to take any special precautions. It's fairly harmless stuff unless you ingest it. (Theoretically you can absorb it through the skin, but I don't think it would be easy to absorb enough accidentally that way to be dangerous.)
