a few days ago i finished reading Stephen King's 11/22/63, which became my favorite book.
the ending is especially striking, beautiful and touching and, even though i have never been a man to cry, i shed a few tears.

what about you? what is your favorite book? what marked you the most or made you emotional?

Even though I know Murakami's way of describing/picturing women it's not ideal I loved Sputnik Sweetheart by Haruki Murakami. I have read it 5 years ago and don't remember it 100% but overall a great read.

"Never be lied to Again" by David J. Lieberman.

A book that might have saved me so much abuse from others and saved me from missing so many oportunities for a happy life.

Maybe... MAYBE if I had had read and mastered this knowledge in my 20s, I wouldn't even have had thought about reading PPeH or 5LA.

Stephen King's Dark Tower series is amazing but I haven't finished it. The ending on all quiet on the western front is very emotional. Note that the movie ends in a different way and has other differences so i recommend reading the book if you haven't.
