From let's say an European Union country to another European Union country? Thanks in advance!

Normally, parcels within the Schengen area are not subject to major controls. But sometimes there are spot checks for drugs. I would estimate the chance not greater than 10%.

Good to know.. There's a tv show in my country were they use dogs to sniff drugs at customs terminals. So I guess that if a dog doesn't smell anything odd in it, they won't even bother to open it? Unless they still open for other reasons.

I have a Pokemon trading card license, jk. But seriously, you mean the sellers? Is there a faked one around that I could use? There must be some sellers who don't ask it, because so many have bought it.

SN falls under this EU regulation:
This is then implemented in national law. Now it is in Germany so that SN may be given only to educational institutions and companies. But I don't read anything about that in the regulation. Maybe this is just an additional rule in Germany, the Polish seller does not seem to care.
You see the situation is confusing.

I think that besides dogs, X-ray machines are also used. There are also Dutch smartshops that no longer ship to Sweden where the checks seem to be particularly tough.

Thank you!

I'll have to read it when I have more time and energy.

I have thought about the Polish seller so it's good they don't care.

X-ray machines wouldn't show anything special, right? It wouldn't be suspicious, I hope? Dutch? Ah, I always wanted to visit that country. For tulips, flowers, and other things. In Sweden it's tough? Shit. My country always mimics Sweden, so it's probably tough in here too.

I still remember when I bought a PSP game and had to call them to explain that it's a PSP game, because the internet site where I could do the customs had listed all the other game consoles except for PSP and Vita. Like it's a fucking video game, who cares. And of course I couldn't just manually write "A PSP game" But that was from Asia, and this SN would be from EU, so there probably wouldn't be that problem.

I am not a lawyer. People here are of the opinion that it is legal in the EU. Then you would have no problem with shipping.

I just realized the police aren't lawyers either yet they are allowed to guard the law. Odd. Alright. I'll have to hope it's okay. I guess this is one of those situations where it's good that EU exists...

I ordered it to EU from a non EU country, and they checked and also opened the package and tested the SN but then let me have it.

Here for years Mimosa hostilis was sold on ebay as a dye. Was never a problem at some point then someone noticed that there is DMT in it and all buyers had to pay a high fine up to suspended sentences. And what we do here is also a gray area you can only hope that it goes well.

Here is a thread where someone ordered from Ukraine and now has trouble. This is also completely unnecessary and in any case illegal.

It's good they let you have it!

This would be from EU to EU so the chances of them opening would probably be lower.

I found this,

"

Use of nitrates and nitrites as food additives in Nordic countries

E Poulsen

Abstract

An account is given of the presently permitted use of nitrates and nitrites as food additives in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Nitrate permitted to be added to milk for the production of solid, semisolid and mould cheeses at levels of 150-200 mg/l potassium nitrate. Due to the potential formation of especially nonvolatile N-nitroso compounds, attempts are made to reduce their use. Nitrates, but not nitrites, are still permitted in certain semipreserved fish products (herring) in Denmark, Finland and Sweden, but it will probably be phased out within a few years. Nitrates are not permitted in meat products in Norway and Sweden, while the use is being reduced in Denmark and Finland. The use of nitrite (175-200 mg/kg meat product of sodium nitrite) is generally permitted as a preservative in meat products in Sweden, Finland and Denmark, while it is more restricted in Norway. Due the potential risk of formation of carcinogenic N-nitroso compounds in the meat and in the organism of the consumer serious attempts are made to reduce the use of all Nordic countries."

Hahaha, maybe I should ctb by eating mould cheese. So according to this, it should be legal and okay.

I just remembered that there is one seller in this country too, but their product only has like 4% of nitrite.

The information is not clear in many countries whether this can be seized or not.

Yeah, it's really sparse. In my country it is legal to use it in the food's industry, but I don't know how they'd react at the custom terminal.
