Help What are some quick and easy ways to ctb

I've been feeling like crap over the last few weeks and getting broken up with was the last straw. I ran out of reasons to go through with life except for the fact that my girlfriend was with me. Now that it's gone I'm more sure than ever that I wanna ctb. I've thought long and hard about this, there's no way I'm getting out of this.

Can anyone suggest me methods to ctb that doesn't involve going outside, no SN because I can't get my hands on SN. Something simple, something that can be done quick and easy at the comfort of my home. Thank you all in advance.

I think Ligature Strangulation Method might be the one you're looking for. It just requires a string and skill. You might want to check out other methods here.
