I normally get the same old "go for a walk" "think of good things in your life" blah blah. What actually works? And not some cheesy ways that help.

Making a conscious effort to try and accomplish or do something makes me feel worse.
Doing nothing is underrated and relaxing. My favorite cope.
Walking can help, and it's routinely for me, but i still feel them same the moment I get home. If I don't go for walks I get a bit anxious.
