Weird sensation

Does anyone else constantly feel this gut wrenching weird sensation around their stomach whenever they are left alone for too long? Like a real physical feeling from the loneliness.

It makes me stop everything that I'm doing and just sit there in agony/hate towards the world, it's not 'pain' but something similar. I'm just wondering what it is as Google doesn't exactly help, I'm sure it's something in relation to my mental state…?

I haven't talked to someone properly in months whether online or irl, outside of surface-level friendliness and greetings so maybe it's just getting to me more than usual…

I mean I just feel panic, like someone is squeezing my insides slowly when I'm alone. its like someone is squeezing your stomach slowly.

When I'm in silence, I feel fear of my anxiety and the intrussive troughts just before they come. And even with something on backgrown I feel anxiety and wanna talk with someone but then I don't have nothing important to say. I just feel broken, stupid and useless
