Ideas on increasing physical suffering in day to day life? Preferably not obvious to others for detection.

Um, that's a very very easy question to answer, depending on how bad you want the suffering to be..? I mean really, suffering is the easy thing to accomplish, it's being rid of suffering that's the hard part, lol 😂

I'm looking for very painful methods. I have high instincts so probably something quick to overcome them.

A method to die, or a method to just increase suffering? I'm confused...

I feel like this has got to be a joke 😐

Increase suffering. My body has a low tolerance for pain. But I'm trying to build it up.
It's not a joke.
Basically looking for some ideas for different SH.

I'm not even sure tolerance to pain even CAN be built up like that.

If anything, repeated pain will make you more SUSCEPTIBLE to pain, as far as I'm aware...

Sorry, might not be much help to you here 🫤

Just sit down and do absolutely nothing don't simulate yourself and don't spend time watching screen I don't think it's necessarily bad either bad but yea boredom is one hell of a thing to deal with
If you find ways to hurt yourself its still kinda simulating yourself being bored to death isn't fun just sit down and just stare at a wall or something sorry if I don't make sense

Yeah. I do some stuff like that. Problem is I'll get tired and start to drift asleep.
Appreciate all the advice.

Pain is preferable but doesn't have to be. Boredom, starvation, etc is good.

Maybe treat that as like a challenge if it's not your bed time then try to stay awake I think this is ideal because it doesn't have any negative effects and is far more difficult than people think it is

It is difficult, but I will try it out. I think it will be good for my focus too. Thank you very much! Any other ideas?
