I can't shoot myself because I don't have access to guns, and even if I did I have a low pain tolerance so I know if I failed I'd be miserable so my brain won't let me.

I can't hang myself, because I don't have an area to do so that would guarantee people not finding me until I'm dead. I've tried before and my survival instinct kicks in before anything can happen. I don't have a bridge near me or anything like that where I could do it without instinct saving my life.

I can't jump from anywhere, because I'm cripplingly afraid of heights and I know my body wouldn't let me jump.

I can't poison myself, because I don't have any money and all I have access to is trazodone, mirtazapine, etc psych drugs that are hard to overdose on.

I just want to be at rest. I don't want to hurt, I don't want to spend money, I don't want to waste time

Is there anything I can do?

I have a very low pain tolerance. I can't buy any drugs. All the methods I know either have risk of failure or are extremely painful. Are there any options for me?

I wish there's a straightforward answer to this, the fact that suicide is so inaccessible, risky and difficult is always what has kept me trapped here, it's so horrible how we cannot just leave this world in peace whenever we wish to. But anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.

Gun is actually one of the least painful methods of you succeed. As the poster above said there is no easy answer here. Unfortunately it takes money to both live and die in this world.

If painless, accessible methods were free and easy, this website probably wouldn't exist. Success is not easy, and it usually requires motivation and resources, and most non-violent methods have a higher failure rate. You will probably end up buying your method if you want your desires to be met. I'm sorry for whatever you're going through, and I wish there were an easy answer to your problems.

I'm also in the same position like you, before I came to this site I thought these were the only options. You can have a look at the methods section maybe something will be helpful there

All you need is a shoelace, string, long piece of fabric. The comment linked here has a PDF file with instructions for constructing the device. This is going to be my method when I CTB.

I wish I could do this. Even this is beyond what I can do with my folks watching everything I do. I'll stay here in case anything I can do shows up, but I have yet to find a method that will successfully fly under the radar.

SWB? If you have access to a bathtub and can figure out the hyperventilation this method is supposedly painless and free. downsides are risk of brain damage from being saved and I've seen posts on here debating it as a functional method. Might be worth looking into though. I wish you the best and hope you find what you're looking for
