i've been left in a really horrible predicament. i tried taking an overdose of lorazepam (54mg) with alcohol the other night and i woke up 48 hours later with no success. wasn't sick or anything, apparently just recovered without stopping breathing which has made me so angry.
i feel like i'm left to jump. there are a few high buildings in my area but they're hard to get to and are in places where theres security. i'm not able to leave my city because staff call the police as soon as i abscond and i havent got further than 20 mins away without being stopped and restrained so i'm limited for options. i can't ligature whilst here because the staff check on me every 5 minutes. ordered SN before getting admitted and am apparently not allowed parcels because of this so substances aren't an option. neither are complicated rigs (eg exit bag). open to other suggestions.
regardless of height, if i can get to the other side of railings, i reckon i stand a good chance of being able to jump on my head and end it all. i just don't know how to choose which bridge because i want the highest option to maximise success. i'm struggling to find any website or blog that gives me a way of finding how high a road bridge. i want to choose the highest available to me and don't want to go for anything lower than that. if anyone has any suggestions or advice, please help. can't take it anymore. can't wait any longer, i'm just done. sick of people stopping me from dying when its the easiest and most reasonable option available to me.
