Venting Water got disconnected

Seriously starting to lose it.
It feels like the world is out to get me.

Our water got shut off today. After I decided I wanted to shower. Every time I step into a direction to get me out of my depressive state and mental health crisis', something always happens-

It feels like everything is telling me to just end it all, that its not worth it to keep going.

I dont know what to do. Im losing it.
I want to end it all. I really just feel like I would be better off just leaving this god forsaken world than to continue being the one of the world's punching bags.

Idk what to do. But does anyone know how i can CTB? An easy, painless or slightly painful way? I dont have money, so idk-

Im almost at my limit, and im not sure if getting better will do anything. I know people say getting better takes time, but when stuff like this hits you it just gets harder and harder.

I won't fully give up, just making back up plans. I have a counseling session coming up so I hope I can get better with that.

Yeah, when you try so hard to improve your life, often you get a good kick in the nuts to bring you back down. Wish I knew why.

Thank you, it sucks when life kicks you down so bad it resets all your progress to recovery.
