Help want to order SN ahead of time but worried about my poor impulse control.

i have moments where i get unreasonably upset and self harm. mostly when i drink (which is more than it should be). i'm worried SN might become even harder to get so i was wanting to order it as soon as possible, but im worried i might have one of my impulsive moments and ctb before im actually ready. i would just like to have it for peace of mind that i wont lose my opportunity at a peaceful end. does anyone have any ideas for this? i was thinking about maybe somehow making it a pain in the ass to get into so i'm forced to not completely be able to act impulsively, but i'm worried that might not be enough. have even thought about burying it in my backyard so i'd have to dig it up when it's my time but that almost sounds stupid and i'd be worried about it not being stored well enough and having water get in or something. i'm not sure. it's obviously not the sort of thing i could ask someone irl to hold onto for me. just trying to weigh my options.

haven't thought of this. i'm not entirely sure how those work, but i'll look into them. if it's not too expensive and i can find a place nearby that offers them, ill probably go with this.

Yes, I like that much better about it, too.

And this will be cheaper in the long-run, if you end up waiting many months or years before CTB rather than paying every month for a safety deposit box.

As for burying it in your backyard, I would advise against this due to potential moisture and temperature concerns.
