Want to Hurt myself physically because suffering

I'm having a lot of sudden urges right now where I want to hurt myself physically, or have huge urges to die right now... I manage to hold back, but it's hard...

I've been going through the same thing recently. I think a lot about hurting myself or dying. Do you have someone close to you who could help you, or someone you could talk to? I hope you're okay.
