I'm severely depressed but also have a fetish for being unhealthy so figure I might as well enjoy my life by slowly killing myself through hedonism. I don't want to last too long though so if anyone's got any unhealthy habits I can pick up to ruin my health it would be much appreciated. I already smoke vape overeat drink energy drinks binge drink and don't exercise but it isn't killing me as fast as I would like.

To be honest, it's interesting, is it some kind of subspecies of Self Harm or something. I don't know, I started smoking as soon as I moved out of my parents at 18 because I'm very anxious and very often worried about all sorts of bullshit.Which is not really that important.

It's a strange sense of satisfaction, as if even if I don't go through my plans to end my life, I feel like my unhealthy habits will catch up to me in a few years. I also smoke, and drink copious amounts of energy drinks. Recently started megadosing on my hairloss med (a vasodilator). Prob will catch up to me in a few years.

Yeah I don't have the guts to actually off myself so I'm just hoping if I go all in on ruining my health I won't be around for too much longer

Take up heroin. You'll get high and that habit will kill you, assuming you don't get busted.
