I cant ctb now my SI will definitely kick in. I've decided I'll keep going until I get so insane and depressed that I'll become numb or something. I wish I could just let go but I'm still always sane after a breakdown and it's really confusing.

I've been waiting for that to happen for years. Things keep getting worse but my SI is still strong as ever.
I wonder how other people have been able to ctb, must've acted on impulse..
I don't think I can ctb at a set date,i feel like it has to be in the moment. People say that ctb on impulse is not the way to go but impulse lowers SI. And when your head is clear you tend to over think things rather than just doing it. I hope once I get my sn something in my life happens so I can freak out and do it.
