Help Wait for ketamine in 2 weeks or CTB?

I've been told I have a good chance of getting ketamine therapy soon, but but it's gonna be in like 2 weeks or so and just one day is unbearable enough for me that I can't imagine 2 weeks. I have a hard time deciding whether to wait it out or CTB in the coming days.

I'm sorry to hear that you're suffering so much, but if you have good chances to get ketamine soon, I'll suggest you to wait if you can. I'd like to test it but in my country it doesn't seem available and it's a controversial drug here in France.

Could you take some benzos during the next 2 weeks ? Benzos really helps for my anxiety and it could help you cope until you get ketamine. Otherwise, could you insist and tell to your doctor that you cannot wait because of your intense suffering ? I wish you peace whatever you decide.

Wait for it. I had 3 sessions out of 8 and I am already feeling considerably better. Give yourself this chance.

it's free here in Paraguay. ECT is available too as an option
