I am beginning vsed as an all-round back-ground method that while if I fail, I am waiting for sn by mail, and if both fail, my last resort will be hanging. If I in the meantime get fed up and decide to quicken things, and the sn still hasn't arrived, I might hang earlier, but for the primary situation as now, I've given myself 20 days to see it all to an end.
I really hope sn will arrive before that (I know life so if I might for any reason have to interrupt the fast, sn is my security/plan b), but in case it doesn't arrive I'll have to somehow try and stick to my dry-fast religiously anyway or in worst case, reach for a rope/belt. (-plan c) Basically I need to be out stone cold (dead..) by the 25. this month.
As I've thought about how I can hasten the dehydration process, I'll be taking diuretics two days before (tomorrow morning and late in the night), but then I'll do gentle exercise and walks after that for 1-7 days into it. Daily slow but long walks until i can't find the strength for it anymore.
I also might do some sleep fast/deprivation, but that's as a practice that has helped me before with some psychological issues. Thought about going to a sauna perhaps, (no swimming, the body can hydrate through skin, which also means minimum length showers!) but we'll see about that part.
I'll keep this post updated. Questions are welcome.
I wish everyone a safe journey coming times.
