What are all the things I can do to avoid vomiting during SN attempt?

Fast minimum 8 hours, I would recommend 24 hours and don't drink too much water

Take meto

Keep it simple as possible, don't add too many medications in your sn procedure

Have a backup sn drink ready, if you vomit take the second drink

You need only meto and benzos

always when you drink something bad to your body, your body will fight back through vomiting or other symptoms, in this case you are reducing the chances of vomiting by using meto

An antiemetic is very important. If you don´t find a source for Meto, you can also use Domperidone, which is easier to get (at least in Europe) or Diphenhydramin(e)(chlorid, sold with differnt brand names world wide.
