The greatest risk of botching a CTB attempt seems to be vomiting when it comes to overdosing via drugs taken orally.

Now I thought about this problem for a while now and tried to find a way that would make attempts like this fatal, even if vomiting occurred.

One thing to increase the odds would certainly be lying on ones back, so that passing out and throwing up simply led to suffocation.

The other thing would be trying to calculate the absorption rate of the body, especially when it comes to drugs ingested.

Now, can someone say how fast a drug is absorbed in a way that it can't be expelled from the system by throwing up? Like 1000 mg of morphine / Lorazepam / BDO, GBL, GHB / other drugs?

Example:
As the lethal dose of peroral morphine is 200 mg and hydromorphone is at least 5 times stronger, you could ingest 200 mg of hydromorphone and only needed to absorb 40 mg / 20 %. I try to understand how long it would need for the body to "send it on its way" to make potential emesis irrelevant.

Any medical references, studies or logarithmic graphs would be highly appreciated.

I keep reading the lethal dose of morphine is 200mg but there's no way that's enough, I once took 300mg in prolonged release capsules and simply slept it off over a couple of days.

PPeh recommends 15 grams for their DDMP protocol.
