there are some people on here who have been asking about the visine CTB method. want to share my experience, as it has been a few weeks in progress.
I took 4 bottles (15 ML) over the course of a few days. no feelings of sickness/vomiting. it does make you feel extremely fatigued and when you stand up after lying down your vision goes blurry for several seconds, as well as having difficulty standing.
after not feeling much from that dosage I took another 4 bottles at once. this was on Friday night. I'm now feeling my legs tensing up when I walk or stand. they almost throb, but it isn't painful. when lying down before bed I'll get a few feelings of my heart pulsating in my chest. it isn't painful or unpleasant necessarily, just feels… strange. someone in another thread about this method mentioned speaking to a doctor who stated it's more of a matter of WHEN this actually kills you. with these symptoms it seems that it may happen, but it takes a bit longer to work than you may anticipate. I should also mention that my depression has gotten very severe as of late and today was the first time I left the house or got out of bed in about a week. I'm also not eating much if at all (today was the first meal in about 5 days).
in summary: this method isn't quick, nor is it painful. I'm assuming that it's working since the effects are starting to show. if anyone has any other questions, please feel free to ask. I will get back to you.

It isn't easy to die from this method I was starving myself and drank ten bottles and still didn't die. I passed out and pissed on myself after I tried to go to the restroom but I don't think I was close to dying at all.

I used to hike regularly. went on a very simple one the other day and could barely finish. my heart was pounding out of my chest and when I got back to the car my BP dropped to the point where I had to pull over and rest. if you're seriously considering this method, drinking a bottle or two per day and then performing exercise may give you a heart attack. still continuing to pursue this. I will update you further down the road.

lot of ways to CTB = lots of trial and error. consider it more of an experiment rather than a "failure." we're all here to help one another.

there was a news story about a woman who killed her husband with it. when the cops arrived to survey the scene they said the bed he was in was covered in urine. seems to be a common occurrence. sorry you had to experience that and are suffering with this anguish.

thanks alot,, i'm committed to finish 1 bottle each day. hopefully the day will come soon for me to disappear.

anyway, i'm choosing this method cause this one look more natural, and wont cause any suspicion down the road. it wont hurt my family and people around me. but, im still questioning how painful is this method. do you have any answer for that?

i read a journal once, about en elder man who drink the 8 bottles in one go and still survive eventhough he experience atrioventricular blockage in his heart. im in no luck finding any reference on what does it do to the body if it's given in daily basis.

I'm so sorry to hear that, it's not fair that we are given no access to easy way out.. how is your condition now? does it affecting your system afterwards?

I've mostly read news articles about people who poisoned someone close to them. if it works and whoever finds you decides to do an autopsy, they will be able to detect the tetrahydrozoline in your blood. it won't necessarily be a "messy" scene unless you get to the point of being debilitated that you can't walk to the restroom.
I've noticed that my stomach is irritated at the strangest times. no desire to eat and I'll vomit bile. also trembling more frequently. it's a vastro-constrictor so it will clench your veins, not allowing blood to flow properly through your system. if you end up CTB it will most likely be from a heart attack or something of the sort. I've asked people who have suffered heart attacks how it feels; they've all said it's not painful, just a bit uncomfortable. almost like catching your breath after coming up from the water after a swim. this is just going off of other's experience and people who CTB obviously never live to tell the tale. at this point it's trial and error. I've got 5 bottles sitting in a cup on my desk right now. I'll drink that tomorrow night and report back, as the day after drinking a large amount requires a full day to recover.

there was one user on the site who drank 3 bottles, updated others and didn't log on after the following day. unsure if he was successful or not. I'm 5'9 & 160 pounds and not eating much due to depression so it should be affecting my body more drastically than someone who weighs more and is getting full nutrition. any method will vary from person to person, though. I'll continue to update as time goes on.

Can someone summarize the mechanism of death with tetrahydrozoline, or any source where it's discussed in detail?

this may be your best bet. if you google "tetrahydrozoline poisoning" there will be hundreds of results; academic journals, news reports, poison control links, etc. It's not very widely known aside from a few murder cases here & there, but someone in their 30s was poisoned by their spouse. the other news story that had extensive coverage revolves around a 64 year old man whose wife poisoned him over 3 days until he suffered a heart attack. someone in one of the threads talked about talking to their doctor regarding poisoning. the physician told them with continuous ingestion it's not a matter of how much you take, but how long it will take for the poisoning to run its course. could be days, weeks. eventually, it seems it will catch up to you and result in death.

Thanks, and yes I really should have just googled to start with. I'm usually the first to get annoyed with others over taking up forum bandwidth with extremely basic inquiries without taking 5 minutes to google, and here I am pulling the same lazy namby-pamby bullshit. I'm a fine hypocrite if nothing else

hey, no worries or judgment. take it easy on yourself. you're far from a hypocrite or annoying. we're all here with the same common goal. there's so much information about the effects of the poisoning but very little knowledge regarding the dosage, what it's like to actually CTB from this method, etc. if I find any more information you would find useful I'll send you a PM so the thread doesn't get too clogged up.

Noted.. yes, that's exactly what i expect from the microdosing in daily basis. hopefully is not messy and not painful. i also find my stomach hurts from time to time, but it never really disturb my daily activities. i can still work and go from place to place. i really wish we both got the peace that we want. i really thank you for your patience in answering my qs. happy to see you.

Idk what days it is in me consuming the visine but my body gets weaker and weaker. I took 1 bottle daily and since yesterday i took 2. My lips really dry and bleeding alot even though i tried to hydrating myself. I feel some short chest pain a few times a day and feel so so weak that standing and walking up really spent me. I feel like i can't go even weaker than this. I can barely function rn.

There are different kinds of Visine, some have the potentially deadly ingredient (tetrahydrozoline) and others don't. Drinking the ones that don't will probably just make you woosy and/or give you diarrhea but highly unlikely to kill you - this was sadly a joke many kids played on others when I was in school.

I also drank 10 bottles and didn't die. Passed out, couldn't stand, made it to the bathroom but fell over several times on my way there. I was having a hard time standing for about 24 hours then everything went back to normal. Maybe if I drank it multiple days in a row it might do more?

I'm not sure, I gave up on this method altogether. just felt weak and shitty all around. @mirzani took it a few steps further and hasn't been active in almost a week

Yeah, I don't think I can stand to feel like that for weeks on end without a guarantee it will work. I think I would use it again maybe for the sedative effect and do partial hanging once I'm tired and too dizy to stand. I just wish there was an easier, painless way to end it. I just want to go to sleep and never wake up but it's not easy to make that happen 😕

It doesn't seems a reliable method for overtime CTB for people who is relatively healthy or younger.

But everyone said that they've passed out when overdosing. I'm wondering now if this could be used as a sedative/blackout tool for partial hanging or SWB. Even, maybe, full suspension? Blacking out instead of kicking the chair or hyperventilating in a bathtub after drinking it all waiting for it to kick in.

I mean I guess, but better off with a benz or barb unless you absolutely can't get anything else. I was really fascinated by the Visine thing for 10 min there but it doesn't seem reliable or remotely pleasant at all

I wouldn't necessarily say I had passed out, i couldn't stand without feeling lightheaded and almost falling over. very similar to when you stand up too quickly and all the blood rushes to your head, then you feel woozy. the only thing I'd be concerned about is impaired motor skills, which may botch attempts using those methods.

Within 2 hours of drinking the 10 bottles I could not keep my eyes open and slept for 12 hours, absolutely blacked out. Once I woke up I couldn't stand without falling down for about 24 hours. It was like my legs were jello and I couldn't get enough blood to my head. My ears would ring and my vision was blurry. I literally had to crawl to the bathroom and then sit there for a while before I had the strength to crawl back. I'm 5'3 125lbs and that's the effect it had on me. I definitely think if I drank it again and waited for the sleepiness to take over I'd have a hard time fighting partial hanging or being able to keep myself from drowning.

Pill sedatives would obviously be a better choice but I have zero access to that.

Getting certain medication here in Japan is really complicated. Even not prescription meds you can only get at clinics after you do a consultation. A quick lookup on the internet tells me Visine equivalents are easily available on OTC pharmacies over here. Today I'm going on some in person to check it.

Maybe hyperventilating and then suddenly holding breath could do the trick? I would drink only after everything is ready to go so I'm not worried about motor skills once the time comes. But in case of chickening out when everything goes down this might frustrate an attempt of aborting making it not peaceful at all…

This makes me hopeful. I am strangely resistant to sleeping pills, and over here anything not prescribed is way weaker. But as a short time foreigner that have little knowledge of the language this make it even harder to find that "little secret" still available on drugstores.

If you do choose to go this route make sure the ingredient tetrahydrozoline is in the eye drops. This is what causes the effects.
