I would say they got it wrong. I have never experienced it like that. The voices don't talk at the same time and the visual hallucinations in the video are just meant to be funny. It's a bad example, 0 / 10, the video sucks.
It's like one article I read where they give you examples of really weird horror like hallucinations and it's like they assume that's normal. It isn't. You have to understand the voices are there 24 / 7, so it can be anything.
