i wish i could just die , im too lazy to put in any actual work into changing myself . besides its weird but i feel good about always being upset and depressed , it makes me feel valid for s/hing and wanting 2 die i guess . idek . so many things r just making my mind worse and its all problems with me . the thing i hate the most is how i look . i feel like i would be so much prettier thinner , i hate how i dont have a flat stomach . whateves , when im finally 6 feet under or turned to ash i wont have 2 worry about my appearance anymore

I can relate all too well, as I'm in the same situation as you; I have body dysmorphia which has recently gotten worse, and my appearance is something that I constantly dwell on. I understand having little motivation to change yourself, as it's already hard enough to find a form of encouragement when you're already at one of the lowest points in your life. Whatever you decide, I just hope that one day you can find closure and peace to end your suffering.Similar threads
