I've been trying to get to the passing out stage of the exit bag nitrogen method all week without success. Almost immediately I feel like I'm suffocating and it's either air getting in when the bag deflates as I am taking a deep breath or its just my survival instinct (notice how I didn't abbreviate that as SI which is highly confusing). To rule out the air getting in I am thinking about trying those vacuum storage bags as they have a purge valve built in that will allow CO2 to escape but not allow air in.

Before I waste my time and money please chime in if you have thoughts. Don't worry I would never purchase from Amazon they just happened to have a nice picture is all.
