Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't know if this is technically a method of SH, but does anyone else use supplements recklessly? Currently, I take them for focus (though their effects are getting less effective with each use and are severely impacted by my mental illness), but there's something so addicting about treating my physiological system like a playground. I want to take more supplements just because. I'm very well-aware that this is dangerous and could result in me permanently fucking with my brain chemistry, but it's feels exciting and thrilling. In a sense, I see my body like a cauldron, and the supplements are super mystical ingredients. The effects I experience are the results of "internal" potions. Call me Harry because I may be a wizard

I'm looking into St. John's Wort since it's known to trigger manic episodes for those with Bipolar Disorder. Since I haven't been formally diagnosed with anything, I can't say for sure if it'll trigger mania in me, but best case scenario, I have an elevated mood since St. John's Wort has reportedly acted as a pseudo-antidepressant for those with depression. Worst case scenario? I become manic and experience my very first psychotic (literally) episode

There's also a supplement known as garcinia cambogia that is primarily used for weight loss but can cause mania. I'm not considering taking it as of now, but I think I might down the line because I'm fat as hell so it might do me some good

Never thought I'd become a supplement person, but life is full of surprises. Anyways, if anything notable happens when I take St. John's Wort, I'll make a post about it on here. Consider it a learning experience lol
