Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

could be wrong or maybe it was circumstances. i think youre right about the not logging on part but i think i remember someone whos name was crossed out that could, but like i said it could have been circumstances. it was a couple years ago and im not even sure how i got that info.

I think that's usually people who close their accounts/put them on private and log out. You can do it in the settings but it still allows you to log back into your account. People can put themselves on a kind of time out.
That's one way but obviously some people don't come back and if they're banned by admin then they definitely wont. People often do it before they CTB for security reasons.

I also don't think it's unlikely that there have been people who "left" but came back under a different account. Maybe that's just me omega-coping though. But I'd put money on it having happened at least once.
