People hold the mental health services to unrealistic standards.
They're only useless because making life seem worth living is in itself futile. "You can't make a silk purse of a sow's ear" comes to mind. The inherent mechanics of life, that for every positive outcome there's always an investment of time and effort required to get to that stage. The MHS could improve but it isn't responsible for existence itself being a massive inconvenience, blame God/source/idk for that

I mean most people cook when the pan is not hot enough, they throw in asparagus or some type of protein and it doesn't even sizzle, and that's just wrong imo. unless you are rendering fat which is quite rare.
cooking on high heat develops better caramelisation and flavour. (Preheating the pan first without anything inside)

I didn't enjoy Interstellar. I thought it was really overstated and it kept having the characters say the central themes in overly patronizing ways ("LOVE GOES BEYOND DIMENSIONS")
