they can't charge you with importation if they have no evidence you ordered anything, say, if you used crypto. Speaking from experience, I've had every importation charge dropped. You can check ebay, there's a public listing for metoclopramide from turkey if that's what you're after for the SN. You can always try looking at some chinese market places that sell chems in bulk, contact them for a custom order or a quote. Then there are DN markets, if you have access to crypto currencies, you can buy whatever you need locally if it's available, no need for importing.

• Chloral Hydrate (20g)
• Morphine Sulfate (3g)
• 200 Proof / 100% Ethanol (30ml) or Water (3ml)

If you buy from a reputable vendor you should have no problems. If you are looking for drug testing services, they are available online, search for wedinos. I could try getting the medications prescribed but it's confusing. Do I get liquid or tablets? The versions sold in uk don't neatly match 20g etc and is Phenobarbital prescribed here?

I can tell you that you won't be able to just get those meds prescribed. Chloral hydrate is usually only used in inpatient settings because it's highly addictive and dangerous and there are many safer sleep aids available. If you asked for sleep meds they'd give you 3 zolpidem at most and even that's unlikely, they prescribe CBT apps for insomnia now phenobarbital is prescribed but only for epilepsy by specialist services and usually when no other meds work, and morphine is usually only prescribed by secondary services like pain management and even then only sparingly. Import or darknet would probably be your best choices, or start befriending a lot of disabled people and asking for their meds (this is honestly how I've had most of the highly regulated meds I've tried other than ones prescribed to me).

Not true. Many medicines are available by visiting a private physician and getting a private prescription. Some medicines are simply not going to be available. Pentobarbital for instance, of which manufacturers ceased distribution due to the widescale opposition of its use during executions in the US.
You can get almost anything from China, it seems. And veterinarian medicines are frequently no different to those used for humans.
