A couple of days ago I arrived in Bangkok and found a place to stay at one of my relatives' home. I had arrived with a suitcase and a bass guitar, hoping to find some work here as a bassist, but what do I get? Not a single opportunity. I tried to find other kinds of jobs, but they all wanted a degree no matter how fucking mundane it was; I didn't even finish high school because the education quality was really terrible, even for a private school, and I'm paying for it hard.
I don't know where to go, other than fruitlessly go to cafes and walk out without a single offer to play with a band. I don't know how long before I would snap and look back again at CtB methods. Maybe I should go home. I didn't even want to post here in the first place, but this place is making me feel like I am worth nothing and I should just die, especially with how my wallet's been drying out from all the taxi fares just to get to train stations.
