Is there any potential way to undo the brain damage recieved from partial hanging? I've done it so many times I believe I have some heavy brain damage, if there's any hope for me I need to do something about it. If not I need to end it now

So have you been doing it wrong? I thought it was a valid way to take your life, but it sounds like it's a bit of a mess.

I wasn't doing it wrong, unfortunately i was too much of a pussy to commit and I forced myself out of it. Things haven't been the same. Don't be like me.

I have so many questions for you about it. Can you tell me what it was like to do it? Were you losing consciousness and then decided to back out, or were you suffocating and got out of it before it was too late? And is the reason you think you have brain damage because there are some things that you cannot do anymore? Because I was considering this method, but I'm still on the fence about it.

Truly, if you wish to ensure a binary outcome, then you must learn patience and discipline, even if it takes years, otherwise... you are not ready.

the thing that scares me every time is the static. Everything gets blurry and you get a vision like old TV's, sounds like music become smeared and it's so scary.
I was mid way through involuntary movement and panic when I forced myself out. I was on the edge of consciousness.
The static gives me a primal fear. This may not be the method for me it seems,

The reason I believe I have brain damage is the severe brain fog and inability to do hardly anything I used to. Everything's just become worse.

Well if you typed this yourself, then that's a good sign. Severe brain damage can full on paralyze you. There's different therapies (such as OT) that can help people with brain damage to regain skills. But like another person here said, go to a doctor if at all possible.

If you didn't actually lose consciousness for 3-5 minutes, why would there be brain damage?

It seems even sasu is not impervious to enshittification

Look up how choking causes brain damage
Look up the hanging megathread has a bunch of users endlessly practicing to find the sweet spot and none said anything about brain damage
