ahh of course, guess i jumped the gun haha. thanks for letting me know

tbh i was having a good day when i made that post, my desire to cbt fluctuates a lot based on my mood and stress levels. i guess i want to die but also don't feel ready or willing to actually go for it, but i might if things get bad enough i guess? and i guess i'm on here to find people who are in a similar situation, all the other places are just full of toxic positivity
