Coffee prices have increased significantly lately, but it's a habit as common as drinking water; having a coffee every day is almost indispensable.
Despite abundant production, the best coffee is exported, and we pay dearly for domestic consumption.
I prefer a milder coffee, a ratio of 10 grams of ground coffee to 100 ml of water. Ideally, the water shouldn't be boiled, but heated to avoid bringing out the bitterness in the coffee.
