I broke my pc monitor earlier today, just punched it out of nowhere like a moron. Last time I did anything like that was 10 years ago when i threw my phone at a wall
So maybe not so well?

Well, sometimes a little anger release is not bad, but maybe next time punch a wall or pillow perhaps? It's a bit cheaper!
