But well, maybe today I can sleep better. Checking out for today! have a good night!
I usually sleep with sleep buds, playing thunder or nature sounds in my ear all night - seems to help somewhat for meOnce I sleep, I sleep well, without interruptions.
But I mostly wake up like a zombie, and right during the day my brain activates "somewhat".
Hope you can sleep well today!

Méh, I became a tank. I have barely been able to sleep for 6 months straight, about 1.5 hours a week, created by meds injury. Finally I can sleep again, but if I don't manage to do so, I don't immediately get stressed out. Still feeling exhausted though.I usually sleep with sleep buds, playing thunder or nature sounds in my ear all night - seems to help somewhat for me
It usually takes a while to for my body and brain to get going as well

Thank you, I will start working on my sleep pattern again on January 1st and will spend less time on SaSu. I'm going to sleep. I hope you manage to get a good night's sleep too. That sounds really roughEspecially over such a long time. I'm glad it seems to be a bit better now, even if you're still feeling worn out.
I hope it continues in that direction![]()
That sounds sensible. Your health comes first, and it makes sense to protect the progress you've made.Thank you, I will start working on my sleep pattern again on January 1st and will spend less time on SaSu. I'm going to sleep. I hope you manage to get a good night's sleep too.️
