I understand, same. Even though the coldest months are yet to come! I'm actually doing pretty well these past few weeks, slowly getting my stuff back on track. So, we'll see how it goes. Take it easy girl!

I'll be spending Christmas Eve with my sibling and my parents. I usually enjoy Christmas, and I'm going to try to at least seem like I'm having a good time. We're having traditional Norwegian cured and dried lamb ribs, which are usually great :)

I have heard good things about Borscht, but I've never had it myself, since it's not really common here
