If you just have to wait for someone else to post before you can post again, why wasnt this game over the day it started by two people posting every 10 seconds?

A good question for which my only answer is once one team "wins", it's really just a point; the score then resets for another round.
However, this particular counting game has never had a team "win" yet. So....
