Eu agradeço a intenção,mas eu sei jejuar ,aprendi como não sentir fome no processo,jejuar é bom pq desinflama, o corpo entra em auto fagocitose matando células velhas e se perde gordura. E não,não é pseudociencia. MDS 50KM??? você deve comer muito para não sumir kkkkk
