I believe some people stated on here the moment you turn 30 you are on the +1 team (because you're 30 years old and 1 second)
but you do whatever you want

"if you are under 30 years of age remove a number
if you are over 30 years of age add a number."

Either we view age as a discrete number or a continous. Would give us two options:

Discrete:

If we view "under 30 years of age" as "<30" and "if you are over 30 years of age" as ">30" the behaviour at 30 would be undefined, for the entire year even.
If we instead use the "≥" "≤" signs (which is a valid interpretation) rather than "<" and ">" counting either way is acceptable when your age is = 30.

Continous:
The change for when to count up/down would happen at the time of day which I was born during the day.
I don't know when I was born during the day, which makes the correct behaviour unknown.


So either I can correctly count either way, the behaviour is undefined or the correct behaviour is unknown... So I'll count any way I want today
