• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Seriously I want to get better and break this constant cycle of suicidal thoughts.

The NHS have on their records that I have BPD and I strongly disagree with that. I've made it clear that I disagree but they couldn't give a damn.

My mood cycle is much more spread out rather than instant ups and downs like you get with BPD and I'd like to start some sort of treatment to help stabilise me but the NHS staff just don't listen, they always just refer back to their record that says I have BPD.

Has anyone successfully managed to get a diagnosis overturned? How did you manage it?

Yeah, it does that.

I'm still arguing that the autism diagnosis I got when I was thirteen, after having previously been assessed and found not to be autistic and while dealing with mental health issues that I both tried to hide and didn't understand to begin with, was wrong and uhhhhhh they don't care they couldn't care less.

If you really are serious in defeating this then try meditation, stay away from any sort of alcohol. Taje long walks and walk at least 10 minutes barefoot on grass. Stare at a green patch or leaves and do not think about the past, the future. you are the present and you are there, that's it. Try for 10 days and slowly see the transformation unfold.
