It's possible, especially in Peru; countries that are at war with drug traffickers don't care about suicidal substances. First-world countries, at best, have a rope and sufficient height. But think a trillion times about what you want to do.

I've seen multiple people on SaSu who travelled to South America, and Peru specifically, and were unable to buy nembutal. Every source refused to sell to them.

I didn't travel but I saw it. I know they wouldn't sell it to a foreigner; it seemed too suspicious. But for someone from the region, it's just another day's sale. My partner bought it from a veterinarian in Argentina, and a lot of discretion is needed. If you doubt me so much, look at the structure of my English, you'll see it sounds Latin American.

N is particularly difficult, and also very expensive. I used to work with it and it's one of the most regulated and restricted drugs for the obvious reason…

The illegal market is so small here for it that it's almost non existent to my knowledge.

I managed to get SN from Ukraine but seems to be hit or miss. Interestingly came into the country on my last order as something completely different. I am interested to see how long this lasts.
