Thought some of you might be interested to know that I've just had a police welfare check, looking for N. I'm based in SE England.

I have previously purchased from D… months ago though, so not sure why they turned up now.

I refused to let them search the house, so they threatened to arrest me, which meant they could search anyway. I relented and let them look. They went away empty handed.

If you've got N please take all the precautions you can to hide it…

That is really terrible. People should be able to exit peacefully if that is what they want and it is cruel how they want to take away the N. Without peaceful methods people will have no choice but to resort to risky ones. Thank you for sharing the information. I wish that we lived in a world where our right to die is respected.

Oh, that must have been somewhat frightening. It's as if they are treating people who are potentially at risk of ending their lives as criminals....

...or can N be used for something else to hurt others - like constructing a bomb...? I'm just curious. It doesn't make any sense to me to disturb a private citizen like that.

I've lost my N too.
One of the problems (at least in th UK), is that it is a class B drug, making arrest possible.

They didn't find any N, but they ignored the rope I have in the shed and the SN….. I agree with you, a peaceful death of one's choosing is a rightful death

That N from D can only be used for suicide. They just want to prevent us from committing suicide that is the "big crime" to them . i remember 3 years ago there were hundreds of sources of SN on the internet now only very very very few.

Before that there was even powdered N from China, fentanyl and carfentanyl on the dark web. they systematically banned all that . imo they do all this just to stop people from suicide. This is why they made anyone like Dr Kervorkian assisting suicide illegal. they put Dr Kervorkian in prison for helping very old terminally ill people commit suicide.

A few years ago you could also get nitrogen tanks online and have them delivered here in the USA.

Bloody hell they didn't have a search warrant but could search anyway, sounds like all the rules can just be twisted in their favour...getting your house searched is fucking traumatic (if you are a very private person anyway) sorry you had to go through that! And thanks for warning people.

I'm no expert but I wonder if you called their bluff they would leave, probably no just cause to arrest you, could be wrong though...

The officers didn't appear to have in-depth knowledge on the purchase - they said people higher up knew. They asked me where I could purchase it from (obviously didn't answer). They did ask for me by name at the door, so they had some info.

I just told them I didn't have any.

Unfortunately as N is a controlled substance, they can arrest you for the suspicion of having it in your possession. Once they arrest you, they have the legal right to search your house without a warrant. The officer made it very clear she'd been told to arrest me by her superiors if I obstructed or refused to comply.

@Goalie yeh you did the right thing then, scary situation. I'm still learning about it on here, so it's illegal but you can order it, and if they found it in your possession you'd what get a fine/prison? I'm in the UK too and I was leaning towards N but now I'm not so sure. Maybe if I wait a while people will have found a way round it? Or on the other hand it could get even more impossible to get hold of so should I go for it now even though I'm not planning on CTB yet...ugh this is a spanner in the works.

Obviously I would hide it but I can't bring cops to the house no way.

Yeah, I would advise against calling their bluff. They will arrest you. Police can also search without a warrant in this situation. This is how that works:

They turn up. Ask to be allowed in. You allow them in (I recommend to absolutely do this, someone can try and let us know what happens but its probably arrest threat again or letting themselves in). They ask "Do you have any (name for N)?", regardless of what you reply, you now both know that you could easily remove or destroy it if they don't search immediately. This gives them their legal justification to search without a search warrant(UK law). I assume they must have some kind of evidence that you purchased N in the past for this to work.

If you haven't hidden it or think they'll find it in a search, just bag up the container and give it to them. If you said yes they might ask where and collect it themselves anyway. If you no longer possess it, then say "no" and consent to the search. Basically full compliance is your best bet, since they're going to come in and search anyway. The faster you let them in and out the better.

Confirm N Is illegal to possess. Surprised they didn't confiscate your SN, even though its legal. I imagine the average policeman might not have known to check for that if they were told just to check for N. Or they're just focusing on the illegal, it's a busy job. If you have both SN and a rope they might think there's no stopping you.

They can't search without a warrant unless they arrested you on suspicion. It's nothing to do with whether you could destroy it or remove it. Otherwise they'd just do the search without all the charades in the first place. The reason they're asking people for consent is to give them the chance to avoid arrest. Regardless, you are well within your rights to refuse entry into your home. Once they're in they will be hard to get rid of. The way each visit goes will depend on their directions given by their desk Sargent. As we've seen with previous visits, there have been different approaches.

@Goalie Hey, thanks for sharing your account with us. Fucking sucks mate! Someone else said they too purchased months ago. January I think. I know you said gour purchase was mo ths ago. Would you say it was this year you purchased or further back than that?

It depends on which part of UK since the law differs, but they will find a loophole, they're unlikely to turn up at a home address just to be turned away by "No" if a crime is involved (possession is the crime). There isn't much point obstructing them. Under English law, arrest & reasonable grounds. It also says they can search without a warrant under "specific circumstances" but doesn't say what those circumstances are, probably for good reason to obfuscate since it could be terrorism related. They can absolutely search without a warrant if its to save a life, which of course usually means something else. Under Scottish law "a delay in obtaining a warrant would be likely to defeat the ends of justice, for example, that evidence will be destroyed or removed.". Scottish law tends to have a higher requirement for evidence.

@Shu they do have more powers in the UK than the US when it comes to stuff like this I believe. It's really confusing and contradictory what they are allowed to do in what circumstances so it's hard to know what your rights are-and I bet they love to use that to their advantage. I've always thought "no warrant no search" but then if they can arrest you and do it anyway, what can ya do...very confusing. I applaud anyone for keeping a clear head in a situation like this also, not easy I would've thought.

People who live with people. Exactly. That's why I'm not getting N. I could deal with losing the money but LE or wellness checks where I live/rent would result in eviction.

If the cops are showing up it's because they have evidence of the order, telling them to go away and get a warrant looks good on US cop shows but irl they'll just arrest, which gives them 24 hours to detain you, in which time a warrant can be swiftly produced and a search undertaken. N is class B but any drug in liquid form is class A, and a search warrant for class A drugs on premises, backed up by intel, is a mere rubber stamp.

It's not a case of God Damn Pro Lifers here, N is a lethal drug and the plod don't know what you intend to do with it, you may be lacing granny's sherry with half an eye on your inheritance for all they know.

Now I've had a rubbish sleep, my mind is less agitated.

To answer some questions above, the purchase was at the very beginning of this year and they were very considerate to put everything back after they searched. I have a large house, so they were here for a considerable amount of time. Luckily my kids were at their other parents house.

Two people I trust knew I had purchased N in the past. They have both confirmed they did not report me.

The officers had no knowledge of what the bottles looked like and asked me to describe them, which I declined. They mentioned 200ml sized bottles and brought full chemical PPE in case they found anything.

I can only conclude D's shipping process has been discovered.

Some on these platforms are not who they say they are. They are the reason why people will find new ways to ctb. You cant stop someone from ctb just so your conscience is ok at night. And if you are reading this why dont you look to help and prevent people from getting to this point. Rubbish. They came knocking on my door yesterday. 3 of the policemen. They are very late what if I had ctb. Anyway spies stop hiding yourselves.
I hope D was not caught.
