From Malaysia apparantly. Customes held it for 9 days before releasing it to him.

Wonder what it was. You'd think SN but you never know.

Many prescription drugs are more readily available in Malaysia, there was a big news story recently about Singaporean citizens crossing the border into Malaysia to get their prescription drugs cheaper, without paying for the high prices and doctor's consult fees required in Singapore.

At the same time, I am not sure how he managed to ship anything so readily that would be considered a poison. I've been to Malaysia and the customs there are extremely strict, to prevent tourists and travellers from bringing in drugs, plants, or other biological material that could mess with the local environment. They have some of the strictest drug laws in the world, despite certain medications (i.e. blood pressure and heart pills) being available OTC at certain pharmacies.

He must have been desperate to risk this, imo. I feel very bad for this man, I hope he is at peace now.

It was SN. The medical cause of death was ruled to be fatal nitrite/nitrate toxicity by the coroner.

From Malaysia apparantly.
The SN source was from Malaysia but doctor was in UK. It's the UK border force that couldn't withhold the 'poison' on any legal ground.

I am surprised a doctor chose this method, would of thought if he has access and knowledge of drugs that interact with each other he wouldve used that instead.
