I totally respect the OP point of view. But I thought ugliness was an every-other-generation thing, no? That's what I was always told, as an ugly-as-hell loser. Dad strongly implied I was ugly, he never said it, but it came through loud and clear. And I've often been told people are "surprised" how attractive my kids turned out. So.
