Method Tying a rope tight around your neck while laying down?

Is it possible to ctb this way? For some reason I can't get myself to do partial but when I lay down with a rope around my neck I feel peaceful and ready to go

There was a post on here I think way back, where a man laid down on a table, had rope round his neck attached to a very, very large water bottle and managed to ctb. I tried googling it but I cant find the photo of it.
