Discussion TV shows that don't require much brain power

Does anyone have an recommendations for TV shows or movies or anything that I can just put on that doesn't require much thinking. I like having something on in the background that helps distract me from my thoughts and the voices but at the moment I can't focus on anything that makes me use my brain. I usually just get confused and have to keep rewinding or I just give up entirely

Any genre is fine, I'm happy to give anything a go.

The Office is always good for this. Any sitcom like this is always good. Or maybe a nature documentary or something in this vein?
